Results
This is what the setting page for my Unicode Character Keyboard plugin looks like when using the Spanish translation file. Just about everything is now in Spanish, including the menu tabs: the only thing that cannot be translated is the character set information, which cannot be predicted and can also change in the future. Note: the one line of text that I did not change was the title, which should remain the same for all circumstances as that it what appears elsewhere regarding the plugin.
Notes
There are a couple of terms that should be noted about this subject: Internationalization and Localization and their abbreviations I18n and L10n. These abbreviations, I have discovered, are numeronyms: abbreviations constructed using numeric values. Other examples include W3, WWII and Y2K. In this situation, the numeronyms were constructed from taking the starting and ending letters surrounding the number of letters in the whole word.
