I Collect Stuff

I got this honestly from my parents, who collected, among other things, clocks (my father), fine china and silver flatware (my mother), antique furniture (both) particularly Early American, sewing instruments (my mother) and sick feeders (my father).

I Collect Art

I collect SF / Fantasy artwork and comic book artwork. Attending comics conventions and working art shows for so many years, I got to know a lot of artists and some of their artwork adorns my walls at home. Its actually gotten to the point where there is room only for original artwork now, and someday the (signed / numbered) prints on my walls will be replaced. In my collection are originals by Kelly Freas, George Barr, Victoria Poyser, Terese Nelson, Heather Bruton, Darryl Sweet, delphyne woods, Sue van Camp, Liz Danforth, Hannah Shapiro and Todd Cameron Hamilton.

I Collect Hypnosis-Related Material

I probably own the largest dedicated privately-held collection of hypnosis-related fiction and media in the world, numbering over 200 pieces of printed fiction, plus nonfiction, movies including movie paraphernalia and advertising material, recordings of television episodes, comic books, games, etc.

I Collect Tarot-Related Material

Not that I am a believer in the Tarot (apart from a possible Jungian aspect) but I have an appreciation for the symbology and history involved, especially in the Rider-Waite decks, as well as an appreciation for the artwork in the cards themselves. I have a number of Tarot decks from several artists in my collection. Referring back to my art collection, several of those pieces hanging on my walls are Tarot related.
